"Pagani Zonda" (1999)
The 1999 Pagani Zonda, painted here in gleaming silver, marked the debut of
one of the most exotic and exclusive hypercars ever created. Powered by
a 6.0-litre V12 engine supplied by Mercedes-AMG, the Zonda produced 394
bhp, delivering extraordinary performance with a top speed of 220mph.
Its lightweight carbon fibre construction, along with cutting-edge
aerodynamics, made it as fast as it was beautiful. Designed by Horacio
Pagani, the Zonda's styling was inspired by jet fighter aircraft and Formula 1
cars, evident in the aggressive lines and distinctive rear-end. The
silver finish highlights the car's futuristic design, while the
luxurious interior and exquisite craftsmanship made it a dream car for
schoolkids and well-heeled collectors worldwide.
