FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. How much is shipping?
I will mail your complete order, small or large, to anywhere in the the world for just £3.95. Your prints will be sent by Royal Mail First Class to address in the U.K, or overseas by Air Mail. I only charge you postage on the first print in the order, so if you buy one, two, or a hundred prints you will pay the same shipping as if you bought only one. This is the simplest way I could think of to discount multiple purchases.
Prints are sent in a strong protective mailing tube, larger tubes or flat-packs are used if multiple prints are being sent in order to prevent them being curled excessively.
2. How much is that in US Dollars?
The exchange rate is roughly £1 = $1.60.
3. How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class within 24 hours of receipt of your payment, except public holidays and sundays. Delivery time depends where you live. In the UK the Post Office quote 48 hours. To other parts of the world AirMail usually takes around 7-10 days, but it can take longer. If you are ordering a print for a birthday or christmas present please allow plenty of time.
4. How will my personal information be used?
The e-commerce side of your order is handled by PayPal. I do not see any of your credit card details. The only information I receive from PayPal is what you have ordered and where to send it to. I'm an artist, with principles, and I don't spam or scam. I don't even keep a mailing list.
5. Can I pay by cheque?
Yes, I accept cheques drawn against UK banks, and UK Postal Orders. Please make payable to Steve Dunn and send to me at:

Sorry, I don't take non-UK cheques, checks, money orders or postal orders from abroad due to the high clearance costs.
6. Can I pay by credit card?
Yes, although my on-line ordering system is PayPal based you don't actually need a PayPal account to make a purchase. Simply use your normal credit card.
Unfortunately I can't take credit cards directly by phone or email.
7. Do you sell framed pictures?
Because of the fragile nature of glass frames I don't get involved with the framing of pictures. Frames are also rather a matter of decor, for instance, a chrome frame might look great in one person's home a polished wood frame might look better in another's. So to keep things simple and to avoid being covered in cuts I just do the pictures!
